I thought I would share my cordwood saw ,You can find these everywhere it seems but you have to make sure the blade isn't cracked
The main thing with these is you can process small diameter wood at high speed ,meaning you could coppice trees and save on chainsaw use and smaller wood could be carried rather then skidding with tractors
I tried to get a electric motor but it would have been 600$ so I used a gas engine ( still stuck on the "juice")
Its scary to use at first but if you act like the blade is a loaded gun its probably less dangerous than a chainsaw .
I still think firewood is a royal pain,and want to build solar air heaters to at least offset wood use .
